- The SwimtoFly gift card gives 12 months of SwimtoFly Premium on one SwimtoFly account, starting on the day the code is activated. It does not renew and no payment method is kept on file.
- The code is activated on activate.swimtofly.com with the email of a SwimtoFly account. It can be used once and does not expire. If the account already has an active Premium period known to our server, the gift year starts when that period ends.
- The price shown includes applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; your receipt is sent by Stripe. Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency at checkout.
- You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the code has not been activated, by writing to contact@swimtofly.com. Once activated, the gift cannot be refunded. Codes bought with a payment that is later refunded or disputed are cancelled.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. SwimtoFly may cancel codes obtained by fraud.
